(Update) I’ve Been Stabbed: Man Flags Down Milford Police To Ask For Help After Attack

Update: An 18-year-old man appeared in Milford District Court on three charges stemming from a stabbing that happened on Wednesday morning, Jan. 17.

Pedro Caetano was charged with assault to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery in connection with stabbing another man who flagged a police officer down, according to the Worcester County District Attorney's Office.

The man was rushed to a local hospital, and his medical condition was not immediately available.

Caetano was held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing scheduled for Friday, Jan. 19.

Original: A man in Milford has been arrested on multiple charges, including attempted murder, after he stabbed another person, authorities said. 

The incident happened on Wednesday, Jan 17, around 3:40 a.m. near Main Street and South Bow Street, where a man flagged an officer down and told police he was just stabbed.

The man was rushed to UMass Memorial Medical Center, according to Milford police.

  • Attempted murder
  • Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault
  • Battery

The condition of the man who was stabbed has not been released.
